Please note the following:
Seminar Registration will not be accepted after October 14, 2009. After this date seminar registration can be done on-site subject to availability.

Cancellations will be refunded in full if request is received in writing no later than October 14. Refunds will not be processed after October 14 or for on-site purchases.

Sessions are not transferable between attendees. All programs are subject to change without notice.
