Learn and earn 0.1 CEU for every session that you attend. All NeoCon® East 2017 one-hour sessions have been submitted to IDCEC for credit. Merchandise Mart Properties Inc., (MMPI) is an “AIA Registered Provider.” NeoCon East 2017 seminars have been submitted to AIA for review. Upon approval, each one-hour seminar attended will result in 1 Learning Unit (LU). Many seminars will meet the Health, Safety and Welfare Guidelines and can be identified by the [HSW] acronym in the seminar description or can been found by searching the HSW Educational Track on the Seminar Descriptions page of official NeoCon East website.
Federal Acquisition Professionals
Many of the government training courses offer Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) credit. Both the Clinger-Cohen (Federal Reform Act of 1996) and DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) provide criteria for this CLP training. At the beginning of each GSA seminar, the participants’ attendance will be captured and maintained on file. CLPs support Contracting (GS-1102) Series, who are required to earn 80 CLPs every two years to maintain their federal acquisition certification. CLP’s also support Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTRs) who are often required, at a minimum to acquire 40 CLPs every two years. CLP Certificates will be emailed to all participants after the session.
All NeoCon® East seminars under the Green (GR) Educational Track may qualify for GBCI CE Hours towards the LEED Credential Maintenance Program. Proof of attendance will be provided on-site for your records for self-report.
All lighting programs presented under the Light [LT] Educational Track will be registered with NCQLP for LEU Credit for the Lighting Certified (LC) professional. One LEU is assigned for each 60 minute lighting program you attend.
